Male sexual problem, help with premature

Premature ejaculation is a male sexual problem in which a man ejaculates earlier than he or his partner would like during sexual activity.

Premature ejaculation can have both a psychological and/or physical cause. If you believe you have a psychological side to your premature ejaculation, then read on, because there are things that you can do to overcome it...

"Put simply, if there's a 'psychological' component to your sexual problem, then it's probably caused, or at least made worse, by the way you think about things.

For example, many men who have had an experience with a sexual problem in the past, often dread having 'it' happen again... they worry about it... think about it... and then worry some more! They can dread the prospect 'sex' rearing it's ugly head, because when it does, they know they've got to face up to the problem, and worry about 'it' happening all over again."
