Performance anxiety erectile dysfunction

Impotence (erectile dysfunction)

Impotence (sometimes called 'erectile dysfunction') is the inability to get or maintain an erection during sexual performance.

When someone feels impotent, it can have a massive effect on their life. Sexual impotence doesn't just affect someone during sex, it can damage their self-esteem and feelings of self worth, so overcoming a feeling of impotence can have a huge effect on someone's life.

"Put simply, if there's a 'psychological' component to your sexual problem, then it's probably caused, or at least made worse, by the way you think about things.

For example, many men who have had an experience with a sexual problem in the past, often dread having 'it' happen again... they worry about it... think about it... and then worry some more! They can dread the prospect 'sex' rearing it's ugly head, because when it does, they know they've got to face up to the problem, and worry about 'it' happening all over again."

It's a lot harder than people thing to overtrain.
My new favorite quote:
"People who worry about overtraining, have the same mental outlook of the men who have performance anxiety leading to erectile dysfunction" - Poliquin, 2010.
I would definitely decrease the cardio and increase the weight lifting. Uhh.. no shit you are hungry. Look at what you are eating.
"2 slices whole wheat toast, 2 slices canadian bacon, 1 grapefruit".
